Our products are produced and shipped from Europe.

How long can I store your capsules?

Our capsules have a shelf life ranging from 6 to 24 months post-production. Please refer to the expiry date printed on each box for specific details. Remember to store them in a clean, cool, and dry place for optimal preservation.

Where can I buy your capsules?

Currently, our capsules are available for purchase on our website (www.frolenergizer.com). In the future, we plan to expand our distribution to Amazon and your local supermarkets, so stay tuned!

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries:

How long does shipping take?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible. For orders within Portugal, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 3-15 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. For orders in Portugal and Spain, we offer free shipping when you purchase 3 or more boxes of any product.

Why is my order arriving in separate deliveries?

I did not receive a confirmation email after I ordered. Did my order not go through?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive another email with all the shipping details and your package’s tracking number. My products are damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packing your products, however, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please document it with photos and note your order number.
